Affordable Home Ownership Opportunity

Sold!  Lower Merion Affordable Housing Corporation (LMAH) is pleased to have another new homebuyer for the  Lower Merion Affordable Home Purchase Program. This ongoing program acquires and rehabilitates homes to sell to eligible families to help increase the number of affordable Lower Merion homes. Working closely with Lower Merion Township, buyers are selected from the applications that meet the program criteria, including income eligibility. Preference is given to Lower Merion residents.
