New Affordable Home Ownership Opportunity in Ardmore, Lower Merion Township

Lower Merion Affordable Housing Corporation (LMAH) is pleased to announce that another home in the Lower Merion Affordable Home Purchase Program will begin accepting applications on Friday, September 10, 2010.  

This ongoing program acquires and rehabilitates homes to sell to eligible families to help increase the number of affordable Lower Merion homes. Working closely with Lower Merion Township, buyers are selected from the applications that meet the program criteria, including income eligibility. Preference is given to Lower Merion residents.
